How to apply for a wholesale account
Wholesale access is available to approved retailers. Follow the steps below to apply.

Read wholesale information
Review wholesale terms including minimum order, lead times, shipping, and payment terms.

Submit an application
Before you apply, you must log in or create a customer account first. The wholesale application form is only shown to customers who are already logged in.

Wait for approval
Come back and complete the application form. If approved, your customer account will be granted wholesale access. You will be notified once activated.

Log in and order
If approved, your customer account will be given wholesale access. Once approved, log in again, click the Wholesale tab, then click Quick order to start ordering.

Fill out the form below. We review applications and tag approved accounts as wholesale-approved.
